(Electric Furnace No.1 By DX Gas)
This equipment is for brazing iron products in the furnace.
- Dimension Work Entrance 450mm(W) x 180mm(H) ; Conveyor length 23000mm Speed 305-580 mm/min
- Place the work on a belt conveyor, heat the work in a heating furnace, melt the copper material, and braze it.
- In the heating furnace, the work is heated to a temperature (800-1130 degrees) that does not melt iron but only copper.
- After heating, cool the work and take out the work.
- Atmospheric gas (DX gas) is poured into the heating furnace to reduce the extremely thin oxide film formed on the surface of the base metal and prevent oxidation of the work.

This equipment is for brazing iron products in the furnace.
- Dimension Work Entrance 450mm(W) x 180mm(H) ; Conveyor length 28000mm ; Speed 480-740 mm/min
- Place the work on a belt conveyor, heat the work in a heating furnace, melt the copper material, and braze it.
- In the heating furnace, the work is heated to a temperature (800-1130 degrees) that does not melt iron but only copper.
- After heating, cool the work and take out the work.
- Atmospheric gas (N2+H2 gas) is poured into the heating furnace to reduce the extremely thin oxide film formed on the surface of the base metal and prevent oxidation of the work.
